• Including material (graphic or text) that is obscene, pornographic, or adult in nature.
• Using JavaScript or active code, making repetitive posts, or taking actions that interfere with site operations.
• Attempting to impersonate Auctions Buzz staff or other Auctions Buzz members.
• Encouraging others to violate Auctions Buzz policies or the Auctions Buzz User Agreement.
• Advertising merchandise, auctions, services or commercial Web sites, including offers to trade, "wanted" posts, or charitable solicitations.
• Refusing to follow Auctions Buzz staff instructions.
• Posting email content from private parties.
• Posting material that in any way violates the Auctions Buzz User Agreement or Community Values.
• Posting Web addresses (URLs), item numbers, or Web sites in the title of a threaded discussion.
• Inappropriate threads started on Community Help Boards, i.e. Auctions Buzz policy commentary started on the Community Help Registration Board.
• Discussing or reposting deleted posts, warning letters, or discussion of sanctioned or no longer registered members.
• The use of false registration information or creating multiple accounts for use on Auctions Buzz's boards for the purpose of disruption or to avoid detection may result in permanent sanction or suspension of all associated registrations.
• Only persons aged 18 or over may post to the boards, without regard to whether an adult actually owns the registration or parental/guardian permission.
• Reporters, researchers, and third party representatives need permission prior to posting or emailing members in their official capacity.
• Posting copyrighted items without the permission of the copyright owner.

• A sanction prevents members from posting to any Auctions Buzz boards. A suspension prevents members from any site activity, including bidding, listing, and posting to the boards. Auctions Buzz may sanction an account without suspending it. Auctions Buzz may suspend any member who has been previously warned for board policy violations. Sanctions/suspensions may range from 1 day to an indefinite period.
• All warnings, sanctions, and suspensions are in accordance with the guidelines set out in the Auctions Buzz User Agreement.
